One. Whether your business is large or small we can provide a plan suitable to your needs ensuring your systems are proactively managed giving you minimum downtime and maximum uptime.

I already have a computer warranty and have purchased an extended warranty?

Warranties provide you peace of mind against hardware failure issues that occur during the warranty period. However, hardware is becoming more reliable and 95% of computer issues are software related and thus are not covered in the warranty.

How can I be convinced that my sensitive material is not accessed?

All Techincal Assistance Centre engineers         
are highly qualified individuals, who have
been selected to manage our clients IT
systems and are contractually bound to
confidentiality. If this is still a concern
then users of the Remote IT Support service
can disable the Remote Access portion of
the system and only activate Remote
Access when it is required. Unlike when an
engineer is sat in front of your monitor,
you can transparently view on your screen
what the engineer is doing remotely.

Our business has multiple sites throughout the UK can we still use Remote IT Support?

Yes. Our national support network can service the needs of all your sites. There are two options available to your business. The Remote IT Support service can be used as a completely managed service, where we will take care of your IT systems for you. Alternatively, if you employ or are intending to employ IT support staff then they can use this solution to cover all of the sites without the need to travel around the country ensuring they do not lose productivity and incur additonal expense travelling.

Is setting up or using Remote IT Support going to cause a lot of disruption to my business?

No. In most cases the deployment of the Remote IT Support agent is effortless and there is very little impact on your business.

Can I have a demonstration or trial of this service?

We are more than happy to run through a demonstration of this product. We can also provide a free full Technology Audit and Health Check. This will take approximately 10-14 days, during which you will have the Remote IT Support system running on the machines providing you with a trial period.
